The most serious work we can do right now is to remember how to Play! And then play our hearts to wakefulness.

There is an authentic, startling presence- your most powerful and loving self. Sometimes, in our culture, many layers of experience, trauma, and conditioning can obscure that self from shining through. We come into community on Wednesday Nov. 3rd at 8-9:30 pm EST on zoom to do a playful experiment that sheds some of those layers in the process.

The ZEGG Forum is a timeless modality, cultivated in intentional communities of Germany in the 60’s, that is both therapeutic and theatrical in nature. It is communal and personal, universal and individual. It’s awesome.

An intimate group of people, facilitated by Alice Frank Patry, will undergo this experiment of playing with the essence of self in a playful and non-dogmatic way, that is ultimately about dropping into our most authentic beingness. People generally leave with a visceral “memory” of the presence that we all are.
